Having worked for years with pediatric, adult and elderly clients in both a health care setting and a legal setting, I have first-hand knowledge of what clients go through after a serious personal injury. Paying attention to the finer details in a case usually allows for greater compensation for my clients.
Advocacy
After a serious accident, my clients are vulnerable and dealing with financial struggles as well as physical, psychological and cognitive impairments. A true advocate ensures that vulnerable clients are protected and full compensation is pursued.
Determined
As most of my cases are intrinsically complex, my goal for your case is financial compensation and excellent medical rehabilitation. I work collaboratively with rehabilitation professionals and specialists to ensure your file receives close attention. I limit the amount of cases on my roster by choice in order to ensure competent settlements.
Trial Bound
If the case does not settle at or following mediation, then we will either continue to negotiate or set the matter down for trial. When the matter is trial bound, we will hire experts, development demonstrative evidence and develop a witness list. As a member of the Ontario Trial Lawyer’s Association, I believe that trial is a worthwhile process when the matter cannot be settled for the compensation the case deserves.
